Everything. Mold filled offices, repairs going without being fixed, cockroaches, housekeeping never took out the trash or cleaned, network went down often, EMR needs updating badly, the computers ran off of windows 90-something, HR doesn't know how to HR. People get let go for no reason, with no forethought to how it affect their coworkers, physicians or patients. WORST PART was the pay!! Minimum wage for someone dealing with personal medical records means that you'll get any Joe-Smoe looking at your private info! People working there decades are getting paid less than $14/hr but are made to do the job of three people. CHS should be ashamed!
