Friendly environment, very developer driven, lots of room to do what you want and enjoy the process. Small teams of two or three developers will work with one manager and one (or more) support member who interacts with the clients and knows the use of the software well.

Minpunten

Either too much work or too little work. This is often due to client deadlines and grant money. Currently no senior developers, but this may be changing in the coming months of 2021.

Provide good opportunity for students to do internship and practice programming skills. People in the company are very nice, so sometimes you feel they are just like your family members. Besides the work, they also care about the person, so you won't feel you are just like a robot there do programming. Good communication among team. Always get quick feedback and guide when I get stuck.

Minpunten

Sometimes long-time typing can be a little bit tired, so more rest or training combined with everyday's work would be better
