Now we need to convince the market that this mid-sized software company has legs and can offer a truly enterprise class experience with the product, support and long range planning.
Minpunten
The company has a hard time retaining sales talent with a 50% or more attrition rate after about 18 months. The company announces record earnings quarter after quarter but only about 20-30% of the reps are on their goal! Also, with these records earnings and millions in the bank, the benefits are weak. No match on 401K Plan, no Employee Stock Purchase, no Profit Sharing.
