Top performers are immune to rules & mgt talks out of both sides of their mouth. Great technology, but serious lack of focus on channel business & nobody is willing to put a stake in the ground (likely afraid to lose their jobs). Hopefully they'll get their act together soon or risk losing trust of the company's most valuable partners.
