This company is so amazing...I've worked at other places that said they "put people first," but CH (and it's parent co, CHG) truly do.

Spam messaging sometimes, sometimes lower end money offers

Remote, CHG has a great company culture, great place to start if you want to be a recruiter.

Minpunten

Base is low compared to other companies. Lots of potential for a lot of commission, however they hire a ton of recruiters which makes it hard. It feels like the managers just want you to dial the phonebook vs building your book.
