Good benefits, Core training gives high expectations.

Minpunten

Very high stressful job. Mangers don’t want to have to work as hard as their employees do. Talk about good cultural for 2 weeks in core training. Than big change after your released to the wolves.

Remote, CHG has a great company culture, great place to start if you want to be a recruiter.

Minpunten

Base is low compared to other companies. Lots of potential for a lot of commission, however they hire a ton of recruiters which makes it hard. It feels like the managers just want you to dial the phonebook vs building your book.
