One of the most unique things about CompStak is how connected and collaborative the teams are not only within each office but also between each office throughout the country. Management encourages new ideas and really listens to you - unlike other companies, at CompStak you’re really able to have a seat at the table and a voice within the company. Leadership is awesome and really cares about each employee by fostering growth, both personally and professionally.
