You are given the opportunity to build relationships with various kinds of people you may meet, but that's to be expected from any hospitality job.

Minpunten

Unprofessional management. All of the managers have show some form of unprofessionalism. I've never seen anything like it. Absolutely no benefits for full-time workers. They claim the reason they don't give benefits is because they offer a higher pay rate than most, but this is definitely not true and a terrible excuse. Terrible communication.

The schedule being set up to have 3 days off is decent.

Minpunten

The management emphasizes the importance of communication a lot but fall short in the category a lot. The turnover is terrible. And they don’t even have the decency to let you know after they tell you that you’re been laid off that they won’t be bringing you back.
