Boss is biased. Long meetings that goes for hours which can be done over email. The company allow extravagant trips which caused employee to have no bonus and no increment. Staff clowns (sleep in meetings, zero work accountability) given endless chance and retained to make working with everyone more difficult. Boss provide one time lunch claimed under company to "show" welfare. Medical leave days during production will result in you paying back the missed days. Medical leave claim is together with dental capped. so if you sick you cant claim dental. Boss will check your passport if you on Medical leave to see if you exit the country. No shift allowance even when on shift.
