I have worked for Compass Medical Providers for 3 ½ years as a Nurse Case Manager. As a professional who has worked for several companies, both large and small, Compass Medical Providers has made me feel like part of their family. The years I spent there were not only during the stressful COVID times, but also through some turbulent times in my personal life. They listen, protect you, and most of all treat you as one of their own even though they are miles away. They are always just a phone call away. The company gave me the flexibility I needed, the freedom to do my job as a professional and the trust I was doing it well. If you are someone with good morals, values, good work ethics and communicates well, this company should not be overlooked for a wonderful career opportunity that will make your heart warm in what you are doing. With a heavy heart, I left for a huge opportunity I could never get again but it felt like I was leaving my family behind.

I cannot think of any. I am sad to leave even though I am leaving for a lifetime opportunity.
