      Collegial work environment. Consultants are talented and dedicated to their work and clients. Exposure to big name clients. Opportunites to interact with Partners and clients. Performance and hard work are rewarded. Most in the office are very social with each other. Small company provides for an entrepreneural environment.

      Sometimes the workload is tough and work -life balance is difficult to acheive. This balance is very difficult during the busy season.

      This is generally not a 9-5 job. In a client serving business, especially consulting, there will be late nights and weekend work but you will learn a lot!
