Pluspunten

Lots of vacation time 4 weeks after 4 years and 5 floating holidays. Direct manager is cool. They tend to let you do your work so you don't have someone hounding you all the time.

Minpunten

Well they make money of the hours you work, pay could be a little better.

- Easy once finding a rhythm - Decent pay for entry level position - Good hands-on experience to prepare for higher level positions

Minpunten

- Very repetitive - Can get boring after a few months - No guarantee for yearly raises

Minpunten

Very cheap with their non management level people. Very difficult to get raises and then when you do get one they let you go for financial reasons.
