Positive, collegial culture. IT outsourcing and transformation is a very good space to be in. Leadership has the right plans and strategy in place and is turning the ship.

Company has to step up to new challenges in IT - not everyone is happy to change.

Coworkers, exposure to different areas of IT, decent pay

No support from upper management, working with skeleton crews on multiple projects at once, 1-on-1s felt like a waste of time, annual raises were not competitive
