* Lack of talented workers * Promise raises for new positions and fail to acquire the funding after you're in the role. *Management sucks *Contracts lost all the time. *Benefits are terrible

Very cheap with their non management level people. Very difficult to get raises and then when you do get one they let you go for financial reasons.
