Standard benefits, good amount of vacation days per year. * When I first started, another co-worker gave me the advice of saying to only stay for 1.5-2yrs tops to gain experience and then move on, I wish I had listened.

Compensation (often dependent on specific contract) is way sub par. Lots of turnover due to this. Managers often rely heavily on employees who have been on the contract for a while to pick up slack during periods of turn over and training of new employees but without any kind of additional compensation or recognition. Online training system is tedious, no compensation for self study and certification without using their system. Communication from account managers to workers is lacking, we were often the last to know about major changes that affected all of us.
