There literally are no pros for this company.

Minpunten

Poor management, blatant bullying, people are commodities and are told that, no career development, poor pay and basic benefits, an environment of mistrust and back stabbing is fostered, HR is non-existent. This sounds bad and it is. I am not exaggerating.

- Easy once finding a rhythm - Decent pay for entry level position - Good hands-on experience to prepare for higher level positions

Minpunten

- Very repetitive - Can get boring after a few months - No guarantee for yearly raises

Able to work remotely from home. Medical Benefits

Minpunten

Very cheap with their non management level people. Very difficult to get raises and then when you do get one they let you go for financial reasons.
