      No work life balance.If you get a bad manager then you have to work if you are sick.Always give pressure.

      - Easy once finding a rhythm - Decent pay for entry level position - Good hands-on experience to prepare for higher level positions

      - Very repetitive - Can get boring after a few months - No guarantee for yearly raises

      Very cheap with their non management level people. Very difficult to get raises and then when you do get one they let you go for financial reasons.
