The caretaker is always there to help the company to lock the gate and stop unsatisfied and harassed employee from resigning and leaving the company.

Minpunten

Extremely boring and bad infrastructure. No work life balance, worst salary hike. The owner and so-called MD has zero knowledge and only wants to suck up your blood. He used to pay in cheques which bounced 3-4 times! He would never let you leave and bound you into contract issues and all but if you do a small mistake, he will fire you without payment.
