The language chosen by you doesn't sound anything close to professional, so not sure if you were ever a part of our organization or any other reputed brand ever. However, we agree to one point made by you, that our MD and CEO are mad. In fact, I would say each and every employee here follow the same footsteps, and we are proud of it, that we are crazy about our work. We respect timely delivery and we work like crazy to attain results and growth. We do respect family life balance. Please write back in case you have any specific questions. The sky is the limit on learning and growth. Over the last few years, every time I have asked for additional training, I have received it with tremendous support from my coworkers and leadership. The company is overall very flexible with accommodating employee's needs. We currently WFH three days per week due to ongoing COVID concerns. Leadership always works employees to accommodate health or personal issues with regards to working in-person or needing time off. I have truly been able to build a career here rather than just work a job.

Minpunten

Staffing challenges exist throughout the industry. Concertium is unfortunately not excused from this. There are great leaders and a lot of truly talented people in every department. Growth takes time and I'm sure the staffing challenges will work out in time.
