Leadership—including the owner and head of marketing—don’t acknowledge staff, and the culture is cliquey, cold, and high-schoolish, with unrealistic expectations and no regard for work-life balance or employee well-being. The benefits package is expensive and offers little real value, making it hard for staff to justify staying long-term.
