Great experience to work for a variety of different restaurants, and a great way to meet a lot of interesting people in the field.

The corporation does not treat their employees with respect, it is a constant battle to be paid on time, accurately, and to be heard from the management staff.

Good food, usually busy, nice management

The tip out system is totally unfair, most of tip out goes to corporate instead of to the support staff, so they make almost nothing even though the tip out is high. Also some of the heads chefs are pretty rude to the servers for no reason.
