Pluspunten
Nice people, especially in the training phase. The support for trainees is very good, until you get to the nesting phase and then it's okay. There is a need to see if trainees can sink or swim, so it's understandable, but that and other things should be clear from the start.
Minpunten
If a customer blames you in a survey for something beyond your control - like the customer did not back up their phone and loses data - it causes you not to get bonus pay, and hurts your chances for advancement. This was not explained in training, nor is it fair. Management says there is no way to remove such bad reviews to just overcome it by getting as many good reviews as possible.
