Good Christmas parties. Some remote work, but now they’re pushing people back into the office.
Minpunten
CPI has a toxic culture with problems so ingrained, they’re unlikely to ever be fixed. The CEO tends to rely on intimidation, using it with both senior and junior staff. Company “Team Days” are very bizarre and seem to exist mainly to stroke the CEO’s ego. The CEO acts like they’re running a massive corporation, but it’s really just a small, mediocre local business. The overall culture here is unprofessional and unethical, with bullying tactics aimed at younger staff and a habit of throwing colleagues “under the bus.” The Senior Management Team are at the heart of these issues, so this realistically won’t change. Just because someone does well at their job does not mean they have people-management skills. The results from the independent employee survey speak for themselves. CPI failed in every category except for Diversity—mainly because they have a couple of employees from different countries. Bottom line: staff aren’t happy at CPI.
