Pluspunten
Some of the students were really great to work with. It took a lot of patience and understanding to get the students to trust me and see that I cared about them and really wanted to teach them. I met some great staff.
Minpunten
Unfortunately, some of students acted the way they did because of their family life. I felt that students did not get the support and foundation they needed at the elementary level so by the time they got to my classroom, they were just behind. Some of the students did not see a value in extra load of classes.
