* Culture has been ravaged by the IPO * They've stopped innovating. Everything they're announcing these days is either a small enhancement, demo-ware, or a purchased competitor. * The stock price has been tragic for couple of years, despite management's obsession with chasing it it.

Since the IBM acquisition, there has been uncertainty around the future structure and career path for SDRs. Communication could be more transparent regarding organizational changes, promotion opportunities, and long-term strategy for the SDR organization.
