They do take care of their employees when it is needed. The work life balance is good.

Minpunten

Upper management takes no time to get to know their workers. They only speak with the people report to them or their peers. They are more focused on the Sales aspect of the company then they are about the services. Advancement within the company is minimal. They don't really like to hire within.
