I have been at Softmart for more than 5 years. I am honored to be part of a company where I am valued and have co-workers who are more like family. Lots of company-wide events, lunches, etc.. TONS of great talented people, award-winning license services team, vendor support teams are awesome (Adobe, Dell, Symantec, VMware). Softmart also does a lot for the community.

I am disgusted by the negative comments on here as of late. The issue with a particular VP and his alleged racist comments were investigated by HR and dismissed- end of story- let's move on. If you are going to continue to gossip about it and spread around rumors that aren't true, then you are part of the problem.

Long hours, huge focus on making and exceeding quota, very competitive industry with low margins to win large deals.
