9yI am sorry to hear about your experience. I would like to clarify some items that you mentioned.
1.) Knowledge - We have a Learning Management Software and in house sales trainer that do phenomenal jobs of getting information to employees to make them stronger at sales. The problem is information is only part of the equation, it is what you do with the information that makes you a success.
2.) Compensation - Rep compensation plans have not changed in 19 months and the last revision was a very positive one for most employees - as long as they are productive.
