      Coworkers are pretty chill. No one tyies to steal your sale or anything like that.

      Minpunten

      All the shadiness. Because of all the metrics that we are required to hit, there have been times where we add thing like insurance onto people's lines without them knowing. Also even if a customer is looking for a phone that we have 10 of, if they don't want any accessories or anything then we tell them that we don't have any. Hate having to lie to customer's faces. Also if you don't meet a specific metric, they don't pay your compensation, though i believe that's more of a T-Mobile thing then CS.

      Really hate to hear the experience and integrity issues you are having. That is totally against our code of conduct and how we treat each other or our customers.       They will call you and ask to work when you’re clocked out, no life, your parents and loved ones pass away you will be called the day you bury them to ask when you’re coming back, pto? Jokes they will say it’s a sacrifice you have to make and still write you up
