From the CEO,area managers ,managers, team leaders and staff are all incredibly wecoming, and i had the pleaure of meeting many of them during my induction period.the experience made me even more excited to work for the company.Management genuinely cares for service users and staff .ensures staff receive all the necessary training in a supportive and a pressure -free enviroment before working with any SU. there is also massive room for growth, making it a fantastic place to learn,develop, and make a real differnce. i was also given a wecome pack from the company which showed kindness which is one of the many companies main values.
