      Pluspunten

      If you doesn't mind settling down 9-5, and doesn't mind working with people are highly incompetent, then this is the company for you. Recommended for staff that got little or zero knowledge in Internet Marketing, there are a lot of rooms for mistakes.

      Minpunten

      CEO&COO ran the business. The COO is the reason the previous MD left, followed by more than 5 heads left in just 9 months. As (self) proclaimed below, "good working culture", go try it. Salary wise, you get higher if your previous salary is high, don't bother to pitch to the HR how you can help them. You're a replacement, after all. Oh yeah, each time they hire replacement, the salaries goes down.

      - They hire people to take charge of things / responsibilities but they are not willing to let go of said responsibilities. - They claim to be above office gossips and politics but it's a very toxic environment where the management team gossips and talk bad about people behind their backs. - The HR low balls you when you go in for an interview and won't be willing to negotiate
