Salary is LOW, you can get better pay else where with higher employee benefits. They expect high work productivity but cannot even provide proper equipments and licensed softwares for us. The environment has turned very negative in the past 8 months due to big changes. They have been replacing loyal workers over "new comers" via connection and mostly conflict of interest. Micromanaging on a whole new level. You get treated like trash if you do not side your bosses. It was difficult to get any sick day or holiday approved. You do not get any appraisals, promotion or a raise until you ask for it. There is no transparency here. They have been deleting many honest reviews, so this just goes to show that they cannot accept the fact that employees are actually unhappy and not doing anything about it.
