      Boa cultura de empresa, convívio e benefícios.

      Falam que devemos ficar mais de seis anos dentro de uma empresa para deixarmos um legado, porém, não dão oportunidade de crescimento interno como prometem. Só se insistir por muito tempo, reunir provas do seu crescimento, ameaçar que vai sair para aumentarem seu cargo. Isso quando dá. É mais fácil entrar sendo indicado e num cargo bom do que entrar debaixo e crescer. Constantemente vi pessoas descontentes com seus cargos, e invés dos superiores cuidarem para reter talentos, contratavam mais seniores. Possui alto turnover.

      One of the best startups of the city, good vision of future and product, good people, teamwork and collaboration among other benefits.

      Minpunten

      Bad management, sells a great and wonderful history about culture and values that makes really sense, but in reality it's not applied, the discourse converges from the reality. Still, the pros of working there is better than the cons.
