      Pluspunten

      Really great minds from top to bottom. Collaborative co-workers even though most of us are wearing many hats. The speed of business is fast and the company is still nimble like a startup, even though it has been around for years. Recent benefit enhancements like 401K match have been solid.

      Minpunten

      Priorities shift a bit too much, but that is expected in a startup. Development resources are sometimes hard to obtain, but projects get prioritized based on value so the ones with the most potential bubble to the top. Personally not a fan of WeWork spaces, but we have the basics of everything we need.

      There's room for growth, opportunities to learn, significant benefits, fun planned events/social activities (even remotely), and most of the skills acquired are transferrable.

      Minpunten

      Working with teams in different time zones can present some challenges.

      * Some great coworkers * Parent company has significant cash on hand which should suggest stability * Challenging and interesting projects

      Minpunten

      * extremely high employee turnover - 4GMs within 2.5 years not to mention worker bees * lack of solid strategy that's complimentary to the core business * SR management lacks experience in the core business and made a number of poor decisions that led to the massive company downsizing over 2 years. * Tone deaf. It's poor taste to layoff staff and the same week proudly announce a multimillion acquisition of another company * Staff layoffs selection seems little to do with actual revenue contribution * Stock performance - should tell you all you need to know about how financial analysts rate the company
