1. CEO is very immature, self-obessed and egositic 2. Arrogant about being from IIT-D and INSEAD, doesnt respect opinion of other employees 3. He wants everyone to agree with his point of view, if anyone counters or try to logically converse with him, he will argue / insult / humiliate / disrespect him and esnure he agrees with him 4. Very inconsistent and finicky in decision-making — often sets a priority in the morning, only to reverse it by evening, changing the order completely. Tends to shift blame onto other employees when things go wrong.
