Minpunten
I experienced an unjust termination during my time at Control Solutions. Despite my willingness to contribute, I received no feedback or guidance on my performance and was given minimal tasks to complete on a daily basis. Rather than being offered opportunities to improve or address concerns, I was abruptly terminated without warning. The company culture was also disappointing. I observed frequent backbiting and negativity among employees, which created a toxic work environment. Additionally, I encountered inappropriate and unprofessional behavior from a colleague who would ask me intrusive questions that made me uncomfortable. Overall, I do not recommend working for Control Solutions. Namely, for their poor management decisions and negative company culture.
