Relaxed work environment, strong level of experience and knowledge, wide array of services and areas of expertise, will gladly supply any tools and/or materials, lunch meetings on Fridays, 40 hr work weeks with no forced overtime, work is mixed with office work and field work, good people, reasonable accomadations made

Lack of structure leads to many HR-related questions, compensation seems to be sub-par, work can be extremely monotonous, variety of work is rare, advancement is slow and rare, utility work is mostly limited to basic operations
