CEO is an absolute joke! Not happy if he hasn't got someone in his sights to sack..... The business has hired some great people and got rid of them in a heartbeat. This constant change affects the staff up and down the food chain as there is ever present fear over who might next be for the high jump!

Having been in sales for 15 years, I can honestly say this has been my worst experience ever. The culture is shockingly bad, with no support or meaningful introduction to the business. I am a self starter but the business has no real sales strategy or plan.
