The leadership team is hands-down the best I've ever worked with, and this quality extends throughout the organization. I pinch myself daily for being lucky enough to work here. Everyone here is smart, talented, generous, and real... you'll find none of the usual ego and self-importance that plague fast-growth startups these days.
