Challenging to balance work and life, especially for families. CoolIT does not have a Diversity and Inclusion strategy or formal policy. Tuition and education support it based on your relationship with seniors versus a standard company policy. It is evident to see that junior and new grad staff are taken advantage of at low salaries and are overworked with empty promises of salary increases while some managers consistently get promoted throughout the company. Leadership is condescending, they look out for themselves before their teams, and fear developing potential in junior staff. Benefits are sub par and were slashed a year ago to barely support a family, vacation time is average, sick pay and flex days are shared. Fear driven culture of cost reduction while senior leaders continue getting promoted and present our clients YoY growth achieved through junior salary freezes and cuts at times.
