> Great middle / junior management and good executives to work with . > Decent pay , but low bonus . > For most regional functions , you can fly under the radar and get your pay check (if it is what you want)

Minpunten

> High turnover in 2022/QTR1 2023 : ~ 8 departures out of ~ 25 positions from mid/ senior management . Plenty of hiring of regional team , who realised they have no value add and left with <1 year in company. > Growing divide between HQ and countries : Unrealistic and shifting demands of senior management . Countries cannot adjust strategy every quarter . > Yes culture : With new president , a new power clique has formed . Either say yes to them , or leave.
