Change of direction is constant, as a result, there is no direction. If you ask for what the company does, you receive different answers from each business leader.

Excessive micromanagement creates a stressful work environment and can feel suffocating. There also appears to be favoritism, which can negatively impact team morale and perceptions of fairness.
