Management has no idea what they are doing so you can pretty much get away with anything.

Minpunten

No future. Fired CEO and CTO/COO one with any technical understanding runs the company. So many problems at core had to pick one thing to dislike more then any other. Comp plan makes no sense Sales and Services work against each other. If you make too much you won't get a bonus and if deserve a raise good luck. They have a salary cap. Medical benefits are the worst I've ever seen

The benefits were decent and the flexibility was nice. Appreciate the multitude of opportunities to network and travel. Some of the folks are really awesome and helpful.

Minpunten

Absolute trash at training anyone. Expects green engineers to know 10+ years worth of stuff that Principals would find difficult. If you manage to overcome all that and still make things work, you still get fired because management has an ego and hates seeing someone self taught and a minority succeed. Was set up to fail from the moment I was begrugendly brought on to the team.
