More PTO would be nice

Some of the people I worked with were wonderful, and I enjoyed the autonomy and remote work.

Completely disastrous operations. C suite was completely out of touch with what was going on at the sites we were responsible for, there was little to no structure which caused complete chaos, not to mention lots of “mean girl” behavior and cliques of people who refused to collaborate. Expectations of work were completely unrealistic, and when you voiced concerns about being overwhelmed or not having resources it was put back on you for being ineffective or a weaker employee. Horrible experience, and I would not recommend working for this company. The entire senior management teams have turned over for a reason, they can’t keep an employee in a higher level role for more than a year or two at a time because it’s a disaster. As someone else mentioned, ask about turnover in your interview. Huge red flags.
