Good platform to get into mainstream development / IT company. If you are a fresher you will get to learn a lot and work on variety of technologies. They hire any good candidate, so entry is easy if you are good.

Minpunten

No opportunity to grow. You will find people stuck in the same role and pay scale for years. Organisational values are missing, CEO & COO's decision is final like what happens in a family based company. You can even get fired without any notice. Perks are almost negligible.
