Pluspunten
Experience, upward mobility, money. Coretelligent is a very fast growing MSP with over a thousand clients. They acquired two additional MSPs in the past year or so. If you are starting out and need some great experience and don't mind utter chaos, and clients yelling at you, this may be a good fit for you. The money is the best I've made in the field, but you will work hard for it. Upward mobility is quite quick as the company grows, if you bust it hard, you can climb rapidly. This job will give you roughly a year of actual experience in three months. I worked here for 3 years and new employers of mine equate my experience from this place to be worth at least 7 years. It will make you a Jack of All IT. Hard work, but big rewards.
Minpunten
Stress, extreme multitasking, requires a large amount of faking it 'til you make it. 1000 clients comes with thousands of different infrastructures, softwares, nuances, GPO, policies, guidelines, and compliances. It's completely overwhelming at times. Pods are being implemented to divvy the workload, but you still never know what you will be picking up the phone to. An EA with too much admin access (they "insisted" on having) accidentally nuking a file system? A CEO that insults you as you fix their "issue" with Teams for two hours? A Pro to this company was that they are fast growing, however each company that joins comes with its own quirky clients, and "how they do things" and a endless black hole missing of documentation. It's utter pandemonium at times, but if you thrive in that kind of environment, the money is worth it. Be prepared for a lot of independent time, as the managers are often pulled away to other issues. They are good managers, but their roles do not allow them the attention they often need for their engineers.
