It's been a while since I was at CorkSport, and I have kept in touch with the owners over the years, and have since started my own performance automotive company in a different market. These are my experiences as to the cons of working there, but most of these things have been sorted out in the last 4-5 years due to the substantial growth of the company.
I felt like the owners had a very grand view of where they wanted the company to go, and when I was there it was a 4 person work environment, which made some of the organizational structure a little over-formal and top heavy I felt. That being said, it was excellent foresight for the owners to establish those methods early on and that has led to their ability to both grow the company and efficiently manage a larger workforce.
The only other con I had in regard to my experiences there were based on lack of equipment and technology that would have improved my abilities to do my job. All of this equipment and technology is now on site at Corksport.
