A employer that does pizza party’s then actually reward staff. Loves throwing out how well the business is performing with profits etc without actually rewarding the people that are a part of it. Awful leadership Will avoid any difficult questions from staff & disregard them instead of answering them. Keeps toxic managers & managers who are vile to the staff. HR only protect leadership team & the favourites.

We also have a policy in place to ensure each report is reviewed by a third-party committee. We do not want any employee to feel ignored, dismissed, or unprotected when raising concerns.
