Compensations is adequate and competitive for this type of position, including incentives and quarterly bonuses

Minpunten

Unreasonable workload expectations. In addition to handling customer calls, daily assignment of emails, faxes & letters but very little free time off of phones given to devote to these. Major systems problems/outages on a daily basis that seem to have no permanent resolution.

The work is definitely challenging and can push you to grow your resume.

Minpunten

Constant change in direction. They do not promote from within only bringing in outside talent with constant org changes and lack of communication and direction. Not a lot of loyalty to existing employees and management does not care to listen to suggestions.
