Ze leerden niet van hun eigen fouten - voortdurend herhaalde problemen zonder naar de oorzaak te kijken. Constante kostenbesparingen en herzieningen. Een organisatie die sterk gericht was op sales, wat een opmerkelijk verschil maakte voor niet-salesmedewerkers.
